About Francis
Francis Elliott is a freelance writer who joined the team at Patch last February. Before that, he taught English at the high schools in his hometowns of Newton and Marlborough. In addition to his professional writing endeavors, Francis also has experience developing and distributing technical and educational documents. Currently, he is studying mixed media communications.
Francis is also a song writer and performer. He has been performing original compositions as a singer songwriter in Greater Boston since 1992. He has worked with CNC Productions and Tin Wolf Studios. His most recent performances have been at Club Passim, The Lazy Dog, Roggie's and Union St.
