Thursday, May 16 -no arrests Friday, May 17 Erick Alvarado-Rivera, 29, of 69 Lowell St., arrested on warrant charges for not yielding at an intersection and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.  Silvia Manning, 53, of 186 Ridge Lane., arrested and charged with assault and battery.  Andrew Aronson, 17, of 125 Bishops Forest Drive, arrested and charged with assault and battery.

@Ryan, I know part of your job is to be objective. But when I look in MY city and the majority of the arrests for moving violations are by unlicensed Hispanics please don't get irritated because I point out the statistics. Waltham Arrests: Assault Charge

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, May 14 Stewart Hill, 42, of 1402 Stearns Hill Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery. Roberto Pandolfi, 49, of 16 Winter St., arrested and charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime. Steven Wenckus, 49, of Newton, arrested on warrant charges for driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Wednesday, May 15 Tyrone Martinez, 20, of 16 Chestnut St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. William Newton, 43, of 85 Robbins St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Recent Waltham Arrests: Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, May 8 Joseph Lane, 24, of 36 Grant Place, arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a class E drug. He also faces warrant charges for a motor vehicle lights violation and driving with a suspended license. Benjamin Douangsovath, 25, of 74 Robbins St., arrested and charged with breaking and entering (daytime felony) and breaking into a building (glass). Jose David, 47, of 34 John St., arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Ryan Morgan, 36, of 105 River St., arrested and charged with a miscellaneous equipment violation and driving with a suspended license. Irvin Montoya, 22, of 199 River St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Tuesday, May 6 Darwin Recinos, 26, of Allston, arrested on warrant charges for two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and improper operation of a motor vehicle. Wednesday, May 7 Alexander Conde, 26, of 198 Summer St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offens) and starting, backing, stopping.

Two Men Indicted in Waltham Home Invasion

The charges date back to a December home invasion in Waltham.

A Middlesex County grand jury has indicted two men on home invasion charges. Cameron Fournier, 24, of Chelmsford, has been indicted on charges of armed robbery, two counts of armed assault in a dwelling, two counts assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts and assault and battery. Andrea LaVenture, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was also indicted on charges of armed robbery, two counts of armed assault in a dwelling, possession of a firearm without a license, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery. Major Drug Ring Bust Nets Waltham Men

All 15 suspects were arrested on the morning of May 9.

Fifteen individuals are facing drug distribution charges in connection with a Boston-area narcotics distribution ring, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The suspects were arrested on the morning of Thursday, May 9 and include: According to a press release, a court-authorized  wiretap was used to listen in on the suspects’ activity over a four-month period. Bourque, who owns a Natick-based shipping firm named DEX, used his company to distribute oxycodone (Percocet) pills to redistributors and drug customers. Bourque allegedly acquired the drugs from several sources and used Yancey, Phillip Goolst, Barry Goolst, McGuire and others to distribute the pills.
