Waltham Police are investigating a stabbing on Hammond Street that occured late on Dec. 4. Police responded to the home at 144 Hammond Street at around 10:05 p.m. for a report of a fight and found one man had been stabbed in the back, according to Waltham Police Sgt. Joseph Guigno. The man's injuries were not life-threatening and he was taken to a local hospital, Guigno said. No arrests have been made but police have identified a person for questioning, Guigno said. He declined to name the person but said they believe the stabbing was not a random act of violence.

Waltham Police are responding to a reported stabbing at 300 South St., according to scanner and Twitter reports. The stabbing occured at around 1 p.m., according to Twitter user Matthew Carter, known as @matredsoxfan2 on Twitter. The injuries may have been self-inflicted, according to Carter. The victim was taken to Newton-Wellelsey Hospital, according to scanner reports. Stay tuned for more information as it become available.

Juan Francisco David is wanted in connection with a stabbing on Adams Street.
Waltham Police are searching for Juan Francisco David in connection with a stabbing on Adams Street on Aug. 29, according to Waltham Police. David, 40, is Hispanic, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and is wearing a grey hat, according to Waltham Police Twitter feed. He is possibly driving a black 2006 Honda Civic with a Massachusetts license plate "36RH5." Police are urging anybody that sees David to call police at 781-314-3600 or 911 but DO NOT approach him. The two victims sustained superficial wounds, police said.

Stabbing reported on Adams Street.
UPDATED, 10:34 a.m. with information from Waltham Police. The stabbing suspect is described as an Hispanic male in his late 30s ith brown hair and a medium build, according to Waltham Police's Twitter feed. He is wearing a grey hat with "B" on it. He fled on Cherry Street toward Moody Street. --------------------------- Waltham Police are searching for a tan Nissan Maxima in connection with a stabbing on Adams Street, according to their Twitter feed. An Hispanic man may be driving the car, according to Waltham Police Twitter. The car fled towards Moody Street. This is the second serious incident on Adams Street in recent days. A man was recently charged with attempted murder after attacking his girlfriend at 94 Adams St.
