I love how Waltham cops can't be bothered (Read: LAZY!) to get out of their cars to ticket someone blocking and intersection, running a red light, turning in the wrong lane, uturning on double-yellow linesm ect. Three new suspects were arrested in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing.  Federal investigators have joined the inquiry into whether accused Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev played a role in the 2011 triple homicide in Waltham. Police are investigating a recent stabbing on Chestnut Street

Lexington Police busted a major heroin dealer from Waltham.  Mayor Jeannette McCarthy requested funding again for an internal police investigation of Waltham Police Chief Thomas LaCroix, who is facing serious criminal charges. Many residents shared their thoughts on whether homeowners should be required to shovel their sidewalks. The "Say Hi" campaign, designed to build a greater sense of community Waltham, exceeded its goals.
