Trash Pickup Resumes Today
Trash pickup had been delayed due to the hunt for the Boston Marathon bombing suspect.
Trash pickup service will resume today, Saturday, April 20, a day after it ceased due to the lockdown related to the manhunt for Boston Marathon bombing suspect. According to Consolidated Public Works Director Michael Chiasson, trash scheduled for pickup on Thursday and Friday of this week is now scheduled for pickup on Saturday, April 20. Any trash from Friday's route not picked up today will be collected on Sunday or Monday.

Hailey, you are clearly a city worker or the spouse of a city worker. Did you happen to try and drive from point A to point B in Waltham Saturday evening or Sunday?
