Waltham's Top News: Oct. 8 - 12: EBT Fraud, DUI

The manager of a Waltham store was charged with EBT-related fraud. Police are searching for the person who stole a banner from a Waltham school. Waltham Police Chief Thomas LaCroix, who is facing domestic violence charges, received a little more freedom as he remains under house arrest. A Waltham man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in Acton.

Have You Seen Stolen Waltham School Banner?

Waltham Police asking for public's help in finding stolen school baner.

Waltham Police are asking for the public's help in locating a banner stolen from the The banner was to be used at the St. Jude School Fall Festival at the Cornelia Warren Field, according to the Waltham Police Facebook page. "The banner is about 3' wide by 12' in length and says "St Jude Fall Festival" on it. The value of the sign is about $250," the Facebook page reads.  Anybody with information on the theft is encouraged to contact police at 781-314-3600.
