Most people might buck at the idea of riding almost 110 miles on a bicycle in two days, but not Waltham resident Laurie Ainslie. Ainslie is more concerned about raising enough money for participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge scheduled for Aug. 4 - 5. Ainslie said this will be her ninth PMC. Ainslie is just one of the group of Waltham residents riding in the race that raises money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute's cancer research and treatment. Baldwin is itching to start his 100+ mile trek in the Pan-Mass Challenge scheduled for Aug 4 - 5. The PMC has riders raise money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute's cancer treatment and research. He is just one of many Waltham residents riding in the challenge this year. Baldwin will be riding the 110 mile route from Sturbridge to Provincetown, he told Waltham Patch in a recent interview.
