City Hall, as on all Saturdays, is closed. 3. The Embassy Movie Theatre is open. 4. In a Pickle is open. 5. Café on the Common is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 6. Banks: Watertown Savings, Sovereign Bank, Bank of America, Citizen's Bank, TD Bank, East Cambridge Savings Bank, Danvers Bank and Citibank are all closed.
