The man was found safe at around 7:05 p.m.
UPDATE: 7:03 p.m.: According to the Waltham 911 Dispatch center, Carlos Wilfredo Orellana Moya has been found safe. He was found just over town line in Newton on Waltham Street. ------ Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who went missing on Jan. 19. Carlos Wilfredo Orellana Moya, 40, is described as an Hispanic man, 5 feet, 6 inches tall weighing 125 pounds with a small amount of facial hair, according to an alert distributed by police. He was last seen wearing jeans, a blue t-shirt. The man went missing from the downtown area of Waltham around 4 p.m. The man has a history of medical problems and should not be alone, according to the alert.
