The former Keene Kuts building near the Newton line needs a new tenant, but what should it be? This week's Visions for Vacancies brings us to 243 High Street, the site of the former Keene Kuts. The location sits on the Waltham/Newton line across from a cemetary. It is accesiblel by car and MBTA bus and sits in a commercial district. According to city zoning regulations, the site could be used for several types of establishments including a church (by right), fast food restaurant or a used car lot (both with a City Council approved special permit).
