"The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey", the first in the three-part series, opens Dec. 13 and it's not too soon to figure out where you'll watch. Owner of Waltham movie theater speaks out on mass shooting in Colorado.
Landmark Embassy Cinema in Waltham has issued a statement on the shootings at an Aurora, Colorado movie theater. The statement, however, does not address whether it would make any changes to theater rules or cancel screenings. The company's website, however, still lists screenings for the Dark Knight Rises for July 20 and on. "Everyone at Landmark is stunned and saddened at this horrible tragedy in Aurora. Our hearts go out to the victims, families and friends, as well as everyone who was at the theatre. Guest safety, which has always been of utmost importance, will continue to be a major priority for us and all theatre operators.
