State Police are investigating a dead body found in the Charles River along Crescent Street.
UPDATE, 4:10 p.m.: The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office told Waltham Patch the body is of a middle age white man. He has no obvious signs of trauma, according to the DA's office. An autopsy will be done to determine a cause of death and identify the man. They first received the report of a body floating in the river at 1:30 p.m. -------------- State Police have pulled a body from the Charles River along Crescent Street. Details are still sketchy, but Waltham Patch editor Ryan Grannan-Doll personally witnessed the body being placed in a Medical Examiner's van at 137 Crescent St. Waltham Police, via Twitter, said State Police are investigating the incident.
