A Middlesex County grand jury has indicted two men on home invasion charges. Cameron Fournier, 24, of Chelmsford, has been indicted on charges of armed robbery, two counts of armed assault in a dwelling, two counts assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts and assault and battery. Andrea LaVenture, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was also indicted on charges of armed robbery, two counts of armed assault in a dwelling, possession of a firearm without a license, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery. Two men charged with a home invasion in Walham will return to court on Friday for a dangerousness hearing, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office. Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, of Chelmsford will appear in Waltham District Court on Dec. 14, according to the DA's office. The pair is being held without bail pending that hearing. Police say the two men committed an armed home invasion in Waltham.
Two men who allegedly committed an armed home invasion on Friday, Dec. 7 will face a judge on Monday, Dec. 10 at Waltham District Court. Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, Chelmsford will be arraigned on serious charges that they entered a Lake Street home and attempted to rob its three occupants. Police say Laventure fired a gunshot at the three individuals. Laventure faces charges for: two counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a home and home invasion.
