Some stores in Waltham still have flu shots available.
With a widespread outbreak of the flu in the Boston area, several Waltham stores, as of Jan. 14, still had flu shots available, according to a check of local pharmacies. Walgreens -- Flu shots available as of Jan. 14 CVS (Lexington Street) -- Flu shots still available as of Jan. 14. CVS (Linden Street) -- No flu shots available as of Jan. 14, except for individuals over 65. CVS (Harvard Street) -- No flu shots available as of Jan. 14. Doctors Express -- Flu shots still available as of Jan. 14. Waltham woman fails at shoplifting items.

A Waltham man and a Cambridge woman are facing shoplifting charges from a Sept. 26 incident in Brookline. John Yobaccio of Waltham, 45 and Kelly Turner, 40, of Cambridge, were arrested and charged with shoplifting after police found items the pair haid not paid for at two Brookline stores, according to Brookline Police. The incident started when an officer in Coolidge Corner in Brookline was approached by a Beacon Street Walgreens employee. The employee told the officer that a man and woman had stolen a few items from the store. The witness identified the woman, who had gone into the Body Shop on Harvard Street, and a man who they saw coming out of the CVS. Police asking for assistance in finding man who allegedly robbed a CVS Pharmacy
Waltham Police are asking the public for help in finding an unarmed robbery suspect. The man, pictured in the photo box to the right, allegedly robbed the CVS Pharmacy at 12 Harvard St., just past midnight on May 31, according to Waltham Police Detective Sgt. Joseph Guigno. The suspect took a taxi from Carter Street to the CVS Pharmacy on Harvard Street and strolled up to the clerk's counter. “A note was passed to the clerk to give him money and nobody would get hurt. There was no weapon shown or inferred," Guigno said. The suspect got away with around $125 and took the same taxi to upper Moody Street, according to Guigno.
