Construction on buildings at the complex may begin in 2013.

Several tenants have now been confirmed for the retail/office development at the former Polaroid site, according to an announcement from the mayor's office. Market Basket, Bonefish Grille, TD Bank, Marshalls, Starbucks, and Jake & Joes (a sports bar and grill) have all been confirmed, according to an announcement from RMD Retail Management & Development, provided to Waltham Patch by the mayor's office.
