Pair in Waltham Home Invasion Held Without Bail

Both men will return to court on Friday, Dec. 14.

Two men charged with a home invasion in Walham will return to court on Friday for a dangerousness hearing, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.  Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, of Chelmsford will appear in Waltham District Court on Dec. 14, according to the DA's office. The pair is being held without bail pending that hearing. Laventure faces the following charges: discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, three counts of armed assault in a dwelling, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, one count of intimidation of a witness, two counts of armed robbery, three counts of assault and battery, one count of use of a firearm in commission …

Pair Charged in Waltham Home Invasion Head To Court Today

Police say the two men committed an armed home invasion in Waltham.

Two men who allegedly committed an armed home invasion on Friday, Dec. 7 will face a judge on Monday, Dec. 10 at Waltham District Court. Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, Chelmsford will be arraigned on serious charges that they entered a Lake Street home and attempted to rob its three occupants. Police say Laventure fired a gunshot at the three individuals. Laventure faces charges for: two counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a home and home invasion. UPDATED: Pair Charged in Waltham Home Invasion/Shooting

Waltham Police had been searching for a man involved in an armed home invasion on Dec. 7.

UPDATED, 3:55 p.m.: with more information from the Waltham Police Department:  Waltham Police have charged Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchster, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, of 25 Rack Rd., Chelmsford with crimes in connection with an armed home invasion on Dec. 8.  Laventure faces the following charges: two counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a home and home invasion. Fournier faces the following charges: home invasion and assault and battery. Police say both men entered 243 Lake St. at 11:30 p.m. and started a fight with three people inside. Waltham Police Searching For 'Armed, Dangerous' Person Involved In Shooting

Police are searching for a man in connection with a shooting in Waltham.

Waltham Police are searching for an "armed and dangerous" man involved in a Friday, Dec. 7 shooting in Waltham.  Police say Andre Laventure, 26, is considered armed and dangerous and is possibly with another man named Cameron Fournier. Laventure is driving a black 2000 Dodge Dakota with a Massachusetts plate, 621 NG8, according to police.  Laventure previously lived in Watertown and both men are known to frequent Watertown. Laventure also has ties to Manchester, New Hampshire.  Waltham Police believe Laventure was involved in an incident they called a shooting, kidnapping and home invasion on Dec. 7.
