Drivers can expect significant delays on Route 128 north and south after a pedestrian was struck and killed in Newton this morning.
Shaquan Jacobs, 20, changed his plea in Middlesex Superior Court on Oct. 2.
Police are still searching for the second suspect.

Wallace Duarte allegedly drove the car for murder suspects Benjamin Peirce and Shaquan Jacobs, who are also from Newton.
The incident started Monday afternoon around 5 p.m. and involved a brief chase in Auburndale.
