Yoga Crossing offers Bikram yoga for everyone from beginners to advanced students. The 26 Bikram poses (asanas) are performed in a heated room for 90 minutes and work the entire body for increased flexibility and a total cardiovascular workout. Yoga Crossing has several different certified teachers, and also hosts guest instructors. A full schedule of classes and events is available on the website; all classes are 90 minutes.
