The Tiffany Club of New England (TCNE) is a support and social organization for the transgender community. TCNE provides events for fun, as well as a safe place for gatherings, meetings for support and educational purposes and referral services to therapists and other professionals regarding transgender, transexual, cross-dressing and dysphoria issues. TCNE's first meeting was held in New Hampshire in 1979 and has been working to celebrate, educate and support all those in and related to the community since.
