I am sorry i EVER went to this place...SO SO SO Sorry! its been nothing but a big hassle ..And all the times i have had to go back to have the work i paid so much money for re done! Please save yourself the time and aggravation of dealing with this bunch. Its not a real professional place its more of a family matter. Theres no real sense of service towards the customers like you will get in a place thats run by professionals who aren't related to one another. And the prices are over the top.
This last time i went in to have MORE rework done i was told in not so many words Thats he (Dave Girard NOT DONOVAN!) didnt want to deal with his own labor warranty because he was tired of having to fix his mistakes and that he didnt want to see me again.
Well all i have to say is if the job was done right in the first place i wouldn't have to see his face either.
Does that sound like a good business to you...because although they have lived up to their labor warranty so far...Its certainly not my doing that
they decided to do such a low grade job on my car.
You dont have to like every one you work for ...But you do owe any paying customer professional; results...Not results that look like something i pulled out of my buddys back yard.
If i could give no stars i would...But the one star is for the fact they have so far lived up to the labor warranty. But its not something they like to be held responsible for even especially when its their fault.
Seriously.
