The Lemberg Children's Center was founded in 1970 and was meant to provide the faculty of Brandeis and South Waltham with convenient, high-quality childcare. The center is open to the public and its curriculum is unique. It strives to teach children developmentally appropriate skills and focuses on cultural, racial, cognitive and physical differences. Programs are available for children aged 24 months to six years. The center offers financial assistance and is located in the Lemberg Building at Brandeis University.
