I didn't get a chance to have them be rude to me, because their # is not even accepting calls! I'm getting a refund from Groupon. I've been over to that little dead end to have my motorcycle inspected years ago, and they were douchebags then.

DON'T GO HERE! DON'T PURCHASE GROUPONS/LIVING SOCIAL DEALS. They are the rudest, most angry people in the business. Their mistakes with shipping, not responding to my calls, missed appointments is ridiculous. This led to a simple question of asking why they didn't get back in contact with me. I was polite, when I could of been rude about it. This led the guy (Joe) to blow up at me saying "Don't even start with me" Apparently they have had multiple issues with shipping and their business is so busy. bla bla bla No excuses. You don't treat people like that in general, let alone customers. They gave me my money back. Well I think, we'll see. A total nightmare of an experience. Save yourself some aggravation and buy from Sullivan Tire or somewhere else-spend a little more $ and be less stressed out and have a more enjoyable experience!

Also--You can tell how rude they are and their ignorance. They responded rudely to me on bbb.org, they probably will here, and read response to Elizabeth Jones below....incredible.

Today I've had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, thanks to Automotive Services of Boston.
Like the other reviewer, I bought the CoupeMe deal for an auto detailing. I called last week to set up an appointment, but they were closed all week for vacation! I left a voicemail, figuring I would get a call back, but of course I didn't.
When I called again today, the man I spoke to was incredibly rude, and told me that there were no appts available, they couldn't fully honor my certificate and that I couldn't expect to get an appointment the week of. When I told him I had called last week and left a voicemail that no one returned, he said, "Well we were on vacation last week, that's your fault, call CoupMe for a refund." !!!!
In response to a similar review I wrote on Yelp, I received this:

This is pretty sad and a reflection more on your attitude not on our customer service. I am also very pleased that my staff did not bow to your threat. Yelp is a bigger joke than people like you, that think all things should come to a stop because you decided to have your car cleaned at the last minute and expect us to work around you.
I have spent more time already looking and replying to you than you deserve. If we spent money on advertising with yelp they would not even post this garbage.
I will also call coupme and see what we can do to stop payment.

It's been a uniquely disappointing saga.

I bought a $59 Coupme for full detailing of a car from these folks. I had to call a few times and left a couple of messages and then used their online form to set-up an appointment. When I didn't hear back I called the Coupme folks. Soon after I got a call back from these guys and we set an appointment which was a month out.

When the date came around, I waited for several hours but they were a no show. I again left a message. They called back, apologized for not having any record of the appointment and we set another date, again a month out.

The second appointment date came, I waited in the morning, and again --no show. I called, left a message, and they called back and apologized, and said they thought the date was the following week, which seemed sincere to me, and said maybe third time's a charm. We laughed and decided to keep the appointment date in the following week.

The third appointment date came along, and still no show. I left a voice-mail and told said that I am a reasonable person and understand that stuff happens, and I am still willing to get the services (that I have paid for). I have not received a response.

I hate to write bad reviews for small businesses, since it can hurt their business. But I think I am frustrated enough by this business' lack of service and poor treatment of a paying customer and find it important to let them know that this is not okay.
