Have had trouble with my New Blackberry twice 2/12 and 8/12 both times, they replaced and reloaded all my info with no hassle.. Wish I had knew these people were here a long time ago instead of dealing with the mail... GREAT EXPERIENCE worth the drive !!!!!

Zero stars if I could. Went in with a phone with a wifi error, was told I would get a new phone. Got a "refurb". Noticed the screen had a bright spot when I got home an hour later, bright spot got bigger and bigger. Took it back the next day and they said that I broke it, or it was a defect, they didnt have the equipment to tell. Refused to replace it even though they gave me a broken phone. Spent 4 hours on the phone with AT&T and talked to 7 different people before I got my phone replaced (coming in the mail).
ALSO.. if you go here you CAN NOT USE AT&T WARRANTY SERVICES ON THE REFURB THEY GIVE YOU! Which they neglect to tell you.
Beware, this place is total garbage.

Had trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S2, I was told by my local AT&T store that the problem was under warranty and to come here to get a replacement. The associate said it wasn't covered, accused me of being the cause of the issue and that I could pay for a new phone if I chose to. A few weeks later I started having a different problem with the phone and so I called the service number instead. The service rep. I spoke with not only helped replace my phone due to current issues, but also said the first issue I had WAS in fact covered under the warranty and was in no way anything that could be broken by the user. It would be nice if all AT&T employees here were better informed, and more friendly.
