Waltham PLEASE fix this!

Someone is going to get seriously injured at the Trapelo/Forest street intersection. Why is there no (promised) traffic light yet? It is near impossible to make a left into Trapelo from Forrest in the morning without "near-misses". I hope the contractor hasn't been paid !
