·       Red, white, and blue berries are a crowd pleaser for any backyard BBQ or party. This easy recipe will have everyone talking. You will need strawberries, white chocolate chips, and blue sprinkles. First, melt the white chocolate chips. Dip the strawberry in the melted white chocolate so that about half of the berry is covered. Then dip only the bottom tip in the blue sprinkles. Lay them on wax paper to dry. Voila! You have a red, white and blue snack.

Red, hot, and blue buffalo wings are a delicious treat for the fourth. You will need about 20 chicken wings, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, salt to taste, 1/2 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of hot pepper sauce, and 1 cup of melted butter. Mix the flour, cayenne pepper and salt and cover the wings with the mix. Mix the butter and hot sauce, and dip the wings in the mix. Cook the wings on the grill until they are no longer pink in the middle.

·       Firework Kabobs are always a hit. For 20 kabobs, you will need salt and pepper to taste, 10 skewers, 20 steak tips or turkey tips, 4 red peppers, 4 tomatoes, and 4 onions. Cut the onions, tomatoes, and peppers into bit size chunks. Place the chunks on the skewers, alternating each ingredient. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fire up the grill and cook until the tips are no longer pink in the center.

·       Stars and strips cake is a staple at any Fourth of July party. You will need a cake mix, vanilla frosting, strawberries, and blueberries. Bake your favorite flavor cake (be sure to use a rectangular cake pan) and cover with vanilla frosting. Cut the strawberries in half, and use them to make the stripes of the flag. Use blueberries to make the stars.

·       Party-pleaser dip works best with tortilla chips. You will need one package of cream cheese, one container of salsa, and one package of shredded cheese. Spread cream cheese evenly over a large serving plate, covering the entire surface. Pour the container of salsa on top of the sour cream, spread evenly. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top of the salsa. Heat the plate in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
