Women's Shoemaking: Make your own shoes

Sixsmith will be coming to Waltham on October 15th to give a women's shoe making course at Studio Crossings on Spring Street. If you haven't been to Studio Crossings, it is a beautiful co-working space located a few blocks from the commuter rail.

This course will teach you how to make a pair of women's pumps or ballerina flats. All materials will be provided. No experience is required, just a love of making things. More information about the class is located at http://shoecrafting.eventbrite.com

Sixsmith is a shared workshop/workroom in Lincoln, MA that is dedicated to helping designers get their products to market. We provide production and fulfillment assistance, as well as shared tools and space to get beautiful objects developed. Our range of expertise varies from shoes and accessories, to jewelry, to lighting and furniture. We call on industry experts from around New England to consult on projects and help develop new products.
