4 Waltham High Seniors Receive Full Rides to Brandeis

The four were awarded Stroum Family Waltham Endowed Scholarships.

Four Waltham High seniors have received full rides to Brandies University.

The seniors are:

  • Herlyne Das
  • Phuong Tran
  • Sylvia Bi Lin
  • Michael Perlow-Zelman

The seniors were awarded Stroum Family Waltham Endowed Scholarships, which cover tuition for eight semesters at the university.

The late Samuel Stroum, a Waltham High graduate and Seattle businessman and philanthropist, and his wife Althea established the scholarships for top Waltham High seniors enrolling in the university.
