This guy should be put out of business, not just for the way he talks to clients, but also for his quality of work and business practices.

If you go in for an inspection, Richie thinks it's "good marketing" to harass you as to why you don't get your oil changed with him. I'd gone to him a few times for an inspection and had the same experience every time. The last time I was there, I told him that I had no interest in talking about this with him.

I recently brought my car to him for issues with my air conditioning. I left it with him for a day, spent a small fortune, and then the next day, had the same issue. He claimed that "it needed an additional new part," rather than admit to any mistake on his part. I leave it with him a SECOND time, paid another $150. Same problem - the next day, still not fixed. At this point, I called him absolutely furious, demanding that he fix the issue free of charge. He got defensive, saying that he did nothing wrong and I had no right to "tell him what to do." It got so bad that I had to have my husband deal with him. Richie told my husband that he "didn't have a wife and didn't need one," basically insinuating that women are dumb and a waste of space. My husband got him to agree to fixing it again, this time free of charge. Luckily, this time the original problem was solved.

Unfortunately, the next day, I noticed a completely different problem with my air conditioning that I hadn't had before, probably due to the "generous" free service he offered. My husband told him it wasn't working, and Richie's response was that I must have been imagining things. I ended up having to take it somewhere else since, at this point, I had absolutely no faith left in Richie's ability to fix my car. Needless to say, I took it to someone just a few blocks away who was able to properly diagnose the problem within an hour.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Find someone else who will actually fix your car and treat you with respect.
