Waltham Election Debates Coming Soon

The Waltham League of Women Voters has scheduled a series of debates for candidates running for Waltham School Committee and City Council seats, according to its website. 

• A School Committee debate will be held at 7 p.m. on Oct. 11 at the Government Center building at Waltham City Hall, Council Chambers. (NOTE: The School Committee event had been set for Government Center at 119 School St., it was moved due the city needing to set up the building for the Oct. 15 Congressional Primary election, according to the League of Women Voters.)
• A Councilor-At-Large debate will be held at 7 p.m. on Oct. 16 at the government center.
• Another Council-at-large debate will be held on Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at the same site.
