Waltham City Councilors clashed this week over possibly changing City COuncil rules to make the meetings more efficient and shorter, according to a Waltham Newswatch report.
Two councilors, Robert Logan and Kathleen McMenimen, got into a heated debate over the issue involving the word "crazy." Take a look at the video clip.
