Wayland Police Bust Waltham Man for Home Break-In

The suspect was arrested in Wayland.

Wayland Police arrested a 51-year-old Waltham man on Tuesday for allegedly breaking into a Wayland home in January, according to Wayland Police.

Stevan R. Pelletier, 51, of 93 Alder St., Waltham faces charges for breaking and entering a dwelling during the daytime to commit a felony and larceny over $250.

On January 29, a Wayland resident reported her home had been broke into and some items had been taken, according to Wayland Police. Police investigated and recovered evidence. As a result, they obtained a warrant for Pelleiter. Pelletier was arrested at Wayland Police headquarters after being interviewed. 

Pelletier will be taken to Framingham District Court for a future hearing.
