Waltham Polics Logs: DUI Arrest
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 8
Christian Burrion, 24, of 108 Harvard St., arrested and charged with assault and battery, destruction of property more than $250 and assault and battery on a person over 60. He is also charged with witness intimidation.
Charles Saia, 62, of 176 Mallard Way, arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Eduardo Garcia-Meda, 28, of Medford, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), a marked lanes vilation, unlicensed operation of a car and a warrant charge for unlicensed operation of a car.

Rodolfo Cardona-Lopez, 42, of 67 Lowell St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a car.
Marc Pintabone, 43, of 12 Wellington Ave., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Sept. 10
Lee Campbell, 33, of 44 Gale St., arrested and charged with two counts of possessions of a class B drug and driving with a suspended license.
