Waltham Police Searching for Armed Robbery Suspect

Waltham Police are searching for a suspect in an armed robbery of a convenience store on Sunday. 

At 9 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to Lakeview Convenience at 225 Lake St. for a report of an armed robbery, according to Waltham Police Sgt. Joseph Guigno. During the incident, a man entered the store with a shirt covering his face and brandished a small knife at the clerk. The suspect grabbed an undisclosed amount of money and fled the area. The suspect is described as a white male, in his early teens or 20s, about 6 feet tall and skinny. He was wearing a gray and black striped shirt and dark shorts.

Nobody was injured during the incident, Guigno said.
