Waltham Police Logs: Resident Gets Fourth DUI Arrest
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 15
Chrysanthos Nicholas, 20, of 46 Milner St., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
James Estes, 21, of Dedham, arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.

Quinn O’Neill, 20, of 46 Milner St., arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
Baker Nkwanga, 29, of 43 Lakeview Terrace, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (fourth offense) and leaving the scene of property damage.

Sept. 16
Sean LaCroix, 24, of Belmont, arrested and charged with larceny from a person and on a warrant for two counts of possessions of a class B drug.
