Waltham Police Logs: Rape Arrest
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 18
Joseph Banfield, 26, of 13 Walnut St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Darlene Dearville, 38, of Shirley, arrested and charged with assaulting a railroad conductor, assault and battery on a pubic employee and assault and battery on a police officer.

Javier Olivares, 36, of Watertown, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (third offense), driving with a suspended/revoked license, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Edwardd Coss, 62, o 66 Hansen Rd., arrested and charged with rape, sexual intercourse for a drugs and providing alcohol to a person under 21.
Michael Nutile, 21, 109 Cushing St., arrested and charged with possessions of heroin.
Jessia Melanson, 22, of Watertown arrested on a warrant for driving with a suspended/revoked license and larceny from a person.
Francisco Martinez, 22, of Dorchester, arrested and charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation.
Garrett O’Connor, 24, of 97 Hillcrest Ave., arrested and charged with four counts of larceny over $250.
Maynor Lopez, 31, of 168 Ash St., arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
