Waltham Police Logs: DUI Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Nov. 27
Eugene White, 26, of Roxbury, arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Nov. 28
Farrah Zimbah, 23, of 299 Florence Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Stephen Helberg, 29, of 119 Rockridge Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and driving on a sidewalk.
Marc Pintabone, 43, of 117 Pond Rd., arrested and charged with a warrant charge for violating an abuse prevention order.

Edward Garcia, 21, of Dorchester, arrested and charged with assault and battery, larceny over $250 and destruction of property over $250.
Maximillion Garcia, 40, of Somerville, arrested on a warrant charge for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
