Waltham Police Logs: DUI Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Oct. 6
Shelby Liverpool, 22, of Ashland, arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Jaroslav Boban, 35, of 1 Fountain St., arrested on two warrant charges for unlicensed operation of c car, uninsured operation of a car, not having an inspection stick and having an unregistered car.

Eber Garcia Cerantes, 27, of 41 Eddy St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), having an open container of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a car.
Alvaro Rosales, 30, of 403 River St., arrested and charged with four counts of violating an abuse prevention order, breaking and entering misdemeanor (motor vehicle), assault and battery and a warrant charge for unlicensed operation of a car.
