Waltham Police Logs: DUI Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Dec. 29
Jeffrey Jasset, 31, of 80 Hope Ave., arrested and charged with negligent operation of a car, unlicensed operation of a car and driving with a suspended license.
Dec. 30
Allison Ek, 50, of 83 Chester Ln.,a arrested on warrant charges for unlicensed operation of a car and possession of a class A drug.
Jan. 1, 2014
Kashyap Gandhi, 23, of 117 Middlesex Rd., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Derek Presti, 24, of 30 Fiske St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
Eric Cuesta, 19, of Quincy, arrested and charged with breaking glass to get into a building and destruction of property over $250.
John DelGreco, 24, of Peabody, arrested and charged with speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked registration.
