Waltham Police Logs: DUI Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Dec. 19
Charlsey Courbron, 22, of 21 Garden Ln., arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery.
Dec. 21
Julian Sookikian, 20, of 65 Lakeview Terrace, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), failing to drive in the right lane, negligent operation of car and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
Andrew Lutaaya, 30, of 88 Charles St., arrested and charged with drinking alcohol in public and disorderly conduct.
Dec. 22
Brittany Vasquez, 20, of 669 Moody St., arrested and charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer disorderly conduct and destruction of property under $250.
Vianka Reyes-Smith, 20, of 289 River St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Dec. 23
Marc Pintabone, 43, of 117 Pond End Rd., arrested and charged with criminal contempt and violation an abuse prevention order.
David Budden, 55, of 47 Milner St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage.
