Waltham Police Logs: Drug Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Dec. 1
Andrew Webster, 37, of 139 Whitman Rd., arrested and charged with resisting arrest and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Dec. 2
Anthony Fernandez, 19, of 164 Felton St., arrested and charged with posessions of class E drug and assault and battery.
Gavin Swaim, 48, of 9 Summit Ave., arrested and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60.
Dec. 4
Pablo Bello, 27, of 310 River St., was arrested on a probation warrant after the GPS bracelet he was wearing stopped working, according to Waltham Police. Bello is under home confinement stemming from drug dealing.
Michael DiFillipo, 28, of 38 Francis St., arrested and charged with threatening to commit a crime and two counts of assault and battery.
