Waltham Police: Arrests for Drugs, Assault
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 24
Andrew Lutaaya, 29, of 88 Charles St., arrested on a warrant charge for larceny over $250 by false pretense.
Rodolfo Cardona-Lopez, 42, of 67 Lowell St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation a car.

Marc Pintabone, 43, of 117 Pond End, arrested and charged with two counts of violating an abuse prevention order.
John MacDougall, 47, of 181 Robbins St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a car and having an open container of alcohol.

Robert Scafidi, 41, of Newton, arrested on warrant charges for receiving stolen property less than $250, assault and battery and possession of a class E drug.
Sept. 25
Jeannette Tremblay, 56, of Arlington, arrested and charged with failing to stop or yield, driving with a and suspended or revoked license.
Robert Levinson, 51, of Weston, arrested and charged with possession of a class C drug and larceny from a building.
Sept. 26
Linda Collett, 48, of 143 Lowell St., arrested and charged with possession of a class B drug.
