Waltham Police Logs: Assault, DUI Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sept. 27
Thomas Geary, 30, of 55 Briarwood Rd., arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation and driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense).
Ryan McMahon, 33, of 15 Livingstone Ln., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Paul Chaisson, 28, of 46 Chester Ave., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Neil McGuire, 34, of Newton, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Kevin Hurd, 22, of 49 Brown St., arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and causing malicious damage to c ar.
Sept. 30
Tracy Antonucci, 42, of 63 Tudor St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and with assault and battery with dangerous weapon.
Samuel Kyere, 33, of 407 Stearns Hill Rd., arrested and charged wit witness intimidation, destruction of property less than $250 and assault and battery.
