Waltham Police Logs: Assault, Driving Arrests

Aug. 22

Robert Jackson, 21, of 58 Charles St., arrested on and outstanding warrant for assault and battery.

Dale Murphy, 50, of 4 Whittier Ave., arrested and charged with assault and battery. 

Aug. 23

Tonny Katende, 38, of 26 Middlesex Circle, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and not having a vehicle inspection sticker.

Everly Despeignes, 21, of 42 Prospect Hill Rd., arrested and charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Byron Colindres, 21, of 89 Adams St., arrested and charged with trespassing and drinking in public.

Kevin Gonzalez, 19, of 16 Highland St., arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery, three counts of witness intimidation and threatening to commit a crime.

Dimas Barrera-Carias, 37, of 148 Overland Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
