Waltham Police Log: Three Arrested for Drunk Driving

The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Sept. 1

At 1:33 a.m., police arrested Wilson Reyes, 28, 16 Brown St., Waltham, and charged him with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

At 4:51 p.m., police arrested Samantha Clark, 26, 15 Birch Road, Waltham, and charged her with assault and battery and filing a false crime report.

At 5:24 p.m., police arrested James Relfe, 48, 322 Sibley Road, Waltham, and charged him with shoplifting by asportation.

At 5:55 p.m., police arrested Ryan Sarnelli, 41, 27 Lexington St., Waltham, and charged him with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and threatening to commit a crime.

At 7:14 p.m., police arrested Gleb Lapukhin, 24, 4 Shamrock Dr., Burlington, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (first offense), operating a motor vehicle negligently, failing to stop/yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Monday, Sept. 2

At 2:08 a.m., police arrested Gil Jacobs, 21, 415 South St., Waltham, and chaged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (first offense), speeding, possessing a Class C substance and possessing a Class E substance.

At 3:08 a.m., police arrested Tucker Robinson-Neff, 22, 10 Leonard St., Gloucester, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor (first offense) and failing to stop/yield.

At 4:42 a.m., police arrested Brandon Swimm, 33, 103 Midland Dr., Waltham, and charged him with malicious destruction of property more than $250 and intimidating a witness.

At 5:15 p.m., police arrested Jhonatan Dominiguez, 30, 291 Crescent St., Waltham, and charged him with disturbing the peace and drinking alcohol in public.
