Waltham Police Logs: DUI Arrest
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Jan. 11
Gabriella Tocci, 19, of 129 Temple Rd., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Jeffrey Palma Carias, 18, of 18 Cedar St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery on a police officer.
Jan. 12.
Rudy Contreras, 26, of Brighton, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), a u-turn violation, unlicensed operation of a car and possession of an open container of alcohol.
Abisai Martinez-Vera, 33, of 25 Francis St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Faith Corcoran, 47, of 46 Exchange St., arrested and charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
