July 6:
Luis Garcia-Gomez, 30, 402 River St., arrested and charged with forging/misuse of a RMV document, refusing to identify himself, failing to stop and driving with a suspended license.

Carlos Santamaria, 20, 12 Exchange Court, arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Emmanuel Mercado, 18, 103 Felton St., arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
Carlos Fernandez, 20, 20 Keach St., arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle and assault and battery.
Minor Leiva, 37, 15 Totten Pond Road, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, unlicensed driving and marked lanes violation.
Isaac Kiberu, 25, 68 Mammoth Road in Lowell, arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Domingo Mendes, 21, of 40 Wilbur St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Bernardo Mondragon, 34, of 27 Reyem St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Ivan Evsyukov, 21, of 21 Dartmouth St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
July 8:
Juliet Fitzgerald, 49, of 263 Calvary St., arrested and charged with unlicensed driving and a warrant for larceny by check for over $250.
