Waltham Man Facing Indecent Assault Charges
The suspect was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 24.
A Waltham man is facing indecent assault charges for an incident involving a Waltham resident, according to Waltham Police.
Alejandro Berganza-Lopez, 38, of 62 Garden Circle, is facing three counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, according to Waltham Police. Sgt. Tim King told Waltham Patch the victim is a Waltham resident. Due to the nature of the charges, however, King could not comment further.
Police arrested Berganza-Lopez on Sunday, Feb. 24.
