German Pizzaro, 41, of 247 Bacon St., is facing charges for rape, kidnapping, assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and attempted murder, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
Pizzaro was ordered held on bail pending a dangerousness hearing during an Oct. 26 arraignment hearing at Waltham District Court, according to the DA's office. His dangerousness hearing is scheduled for Nov. 9. Waltham Police arrested Pizzaro on Oct. 23, according to their arrest logs.
Waltham District Court clerks refused to make the file available for review saying it was impounded due to the sensitive nature of the offenses.
