Waltham Man Arrested on Child Abuse Charges

The following information comes from the Waltham Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Richard Kyambadde, 26, of 30 Middlesex Circle, Waltham, was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Friday, June 6, and charged with assault and battery on a child with injury (three counts) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (three counts).

Monday, June 16

Antonia Oliveira, 35, of 17 Chester Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. Monday and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to stop yield.

Sunday, June 15

Pedro Lopez-Vazquez, 33, of 138 Willow St., Waltham, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.

Vincent Mukasa, 50, of 190 Mountain Ave., Malden, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery.

Friday, June 13

Robert Finney, 41, of 60 Miriam Road, Waltham, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Friday and charged with trespassing. Finney also had a warrant for assault and battery, operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended/revoked and threat to commit a crime.

Malcolm McMann, 25, of 81 Trapelo Road, Waltham, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Friday on a warrant for assault with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny over $250.

Michelle Georgoudis, 24, of 33 Francis St., Waltham, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. Friday and charged with violation of a harassment prevention order.

Thursday, June 12

Johnny Braima, 41, of 6 Hansen Road, Waltham, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Thursday and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (first offense).

Shana Saint Louis, 20, of 104 Calvary St., Waltham, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession to distribute a drug.

Steven Saint Louis, 30, of 104 Calvary St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession to distribute a drug.

Brian Driscoll, 36, of 59 Taylor St., Waltham, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. Thursday and charged with possession of a Class C drug.

Leiha Donovan, 35, of 47 Spy Pond Lane, Arlington, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for possession of a Class C drug (two counts).

Mary Kimball, 20, of 38 Francis St., Waltham, was arrested at 4:12 a.m. Thursday and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (two counts), assault and battery, destruction of property over $250 and larceny over $250.

Tuesday, June 10

James Boyd, 40, of 86 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order.

Melvin Jimenez, 28, of 99 Calvary St., Waltham, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. Tuesday and charged with assault and battery.

Eugene Collett, 51, of 143 Lowell St., Waltham, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Roger Sheppard, 72, of 25 Pond St., Waltham, was arrested at 7:02 a.m. Tuesday and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Monday, June 9

Robert Grondin, 24, of 39 Wright Ave., Medford, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Monday and charged with trespassing.

Stephen Hegarty, 28, of 9 Williams Court, Woburn, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. Monday and charged with trespassing.

Jessica Powell, 30, of 34 Cedar Hill Lane, Waltham, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. Monday and charged with assault and battery.

Sunday, June 8

Patrick Goko, 42, of 56 Jacqueline Road, Waltham, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. Sunday and charged with destruction of property over $250.

Friday, June 6

David Slocum, 48, of 27 Lexington St., Waltham, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. Friday and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Jorge Lima, 28, of 147 Central St., Waltham, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Friday on a warrant for assault and battery on a police officer, possession to distribute a drug and possession of a Class B drug.
