Waltham Man Arrested in Sudbury on OUI Charge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

SUDBURY -- A motor vehicle stop by the Wednesday night on Boston Post Road resulted in the arrest of a Waltham man.

At about 10:19 p.m., an officer patrolling Route 20 observed a car driving less than a car length away from another car, Lt. Robert Grady said. The officer also used his radar gun to clock the speed of the tailing car.

After the officer stopped the car and completing an investigation, John Crivello, 31, of 77 Rich St., was arrested on charges of following too close and speeding.

The investigation also showed Crivello was operating under the influence of alcohol.

Crivello was bailed out at 2:21 a.m. on Thursday. He was scheduled to be arraigned on the three charges at Framingham District Court later on Thursday.
